Clear terms for an accountable recovery system.

These terms explain free provider certification, the one-time $299 activation, the ten-day keep-working promise, and recurring service anchored to the first qualifying confirmed recovery.

The service

Spillway Calls is an inspection-recovery service for eligible roofing calls that ended without a booked inspection. It processes contractor-authorized completed-call content and may continue an eligible homeowner conversation within the contractor's approved policies.

The contractor must control each connected account and use the service for lawful business purposes. Spillway does not replace the contractor's phone routing, company schedule, contracts, or legal obligations.

$299 activation and ten-day promise

Provider connection and capability verification are free. After the exact provider connection succeeds, the contractor may pay $299 to activate Spillway while capability verification continues in the background.

Spillway starts working only after the signed $299 activation webhook. We expect to recover the first confirmed inspection within the first 10 days; if we do not, Spillway keeps working at no additional charge until we do.

Recurring billing

The first authoritative qualifying recovered confirmed inspection creates no additional charge and establishes the recurring anchor. The next $299 is due exactly 30 days after that confirmed recovery, then every 30 days thereafter.

If no qualifying confirmed recovery occurs, no second $299 is due merely because time has passed. Messages, replies, proposed times, availability requests, signed jobs, browser events, and unconfirmed appointments cannot establish the anchor.

Provider, messaging, and payment authority

A provider connection or capability result does not authorize provider-dependent recovery work or a homeowner message. Required capability evidence, tenant binding, consent, suppression, and STOP controls remain fail-closed.

Only a verified Stripe webhook establishes payment truth and activation. The contractor may revoke provider access or the saved payment method; immutable authorization and financial records remain retained where required.

Payment attention, cancellation, and offboarding

A failed or action-required recurring payment enters payment attention and pauses new recovery conversations while Stripe's payment-recovery process runs. Existing provider, conversation, proof, and billing state remains preserved.

The contractor may replace the saved payment method through the available Stripe-hosted flow or request cancellation. There is no long-term contract.

Service limits and permitted use

Provider availability, carrier registration, plan entitlements, third-party outages, and provider approval remain external dependencies. Spillway does not guarantee provider approval, a recovered inspection, a sale, revenue, or uninterrupted operation.

The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, abusive, or unauthorized communications; false caller identity; credential sharing; security interference; or attempts to bypass provider, tenant, billing, messaging, consent, suppression, or STOP controls.
